Example Itinerary
1) Immediately upon arrival – Your guests are “served” Hot and Cold Italian Hors d’oeuvres, cocktails of their choice and encourage them to enjoy the music and dancing to music.
2) Upon arrival of the Bride & Groom, we take a few minutes to prepare the Bridal parties and their families for “the Formal Introduction and Grand Entrance”.
3) After the introductions, we give the Bridal Party and family about 10-15 minutes to catch up to the festivities, and then we pass champagne to toast the Bride & Groom, starting with the best man.
4) Enjoy a wonderful four course Italian Dinner while you enjoy the music of the fabulous strolling violin Tibor and his accompanist Yelena.
5) After dinner – We have the Bride & Groom’s first dance, followed by the Bridal Party and their families and let the festivities begin.
6) Later in the evening we cut the cake and have the throwing of the garter and bouquet.
